NANMA's VIKASWADI Project-2019-2020.
Educational and Health Support to 146 Tribal Children of VIKASWADI Primary School & Anganwadi.

On date July 27, 2019 Mumbai Kalyan based Nanma Charitable Foundation visited Vikaswadi Village (Palsunde) near Khodala in Mokhada Taluka, Palghar District of Maharashtra to start its first phase of Tribal Empowerment this year.
In the first of a three-phase initiative the Nanma team distributed Study Materials which includes,School Bags, Note Books ,Pencil box kits...etc. to the kids up to Class 5 of Vikaswadi Primary School and Anganwadi.
The team also distributed Nutritional foods to the children of Primary school and Anganwadi of Vikaswadi.
Foundation General Secretary Sunilraj, Athira Ashokan,Sreedevi Surendran,Bindumol,Prasad Nair,Sarath Panicker,Subin sethu, Rajendra Tamboli,Nandana,Sobhitha,subin Sunil,Aswin, and Kiran Pardhi supervised the event.
We also made arrangements to distribute milk, egg and banana every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to the children.
In our next phases, we have decided to distribute essential utensils, water purifiers, computer, linen bedsheets, tooth brushes, toothpaste and soaps to the villagers as part of our health and sanitation initiative.
We will also be conducting free Medical Camp and plan to distribute essential medicines which will benifit more than 300 families from the village.
